No courier shipping
Social Queens Bangalore sells workshop and event registrations — a service delivered in Bengaluru. We do not ship physical products by courier, and there are no shipping charges on this website.
How your booking is delivered
After a successful Razorpay payment (or a free registration), your seat is confirmed on our guest list immediately. A confirmation is sent on WhatsApp to the number you entered, usually within a few minutes and in any case within 24 hours. If you added an email, we may also write there.
Venue name, address, date and time are shown on the workshop page before you pay, and again in the confirmation message.
Take-home pieces from workshops
Crafts, florals, or keepsakes made during a workshop are collected by you at the venue on the day. We do not post them. If you leave something behind, message us from the Contact Us page within 48 hours and we will try to hold it; we cannot guarantee storage or delivery.
Delivery issues
If you paid but did not receive a WhatsApp confirmation within 24 hours, check the number you entered and write to us. If the payment failed, no seat is held and no delivery is due. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
